## What it does

- **Attendance & shifts**: GPS punch in/out inside the outlet's geofence (location required), full-screen shift alarm, weekly roster with PDF print, live team attendance and late alerts, kiosk mode on a shared counter phone, fix-a-punch requests, extra hours
- **Leave**: apply and check balance, team leave calendar, no-leave days (weekends and festivals escalate to the owner), planner and reschedule, paid/unpaid split, waiting periods, balance reset
- **Team**: profiles, documents, departments, designations, outlet assignments, bulk import, salaries (owner-only by default), department helpers who raise requests for staff without phones, points and leaderboard
- **Food safety**: temperature logs for fridges, freezers, hot holding and prep areas with a safe range per unit; out-of-range and missed-check alerts
- **Equipment**: QR labels, issue reporting with photos, inspections, service history and status per outlet
- **Outlets**: every outlet on one dashboard, geofence per outlet, outlet documents and expiry dates
- **Money**: expense claims with bill photos, salary advances with recovery, approvals, mark paid, vouchers, penalties
- **Approvals**: one inbox for leave, punch corrections, expenses and advances
